The OHS theater department will perform ¨The Wizard of OZ¨ in the OHS auditorium on May 12th at 7:00 pm, May 13th at 7:00 pm, and May 14th at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for adults and will be available at the door. The Wizard of Oz follows the story of Dorthy (Anna Kindred) and her friends she meets during her journey through Oz: The Scarecrow (Davis Rogers), The Tinman (Michael Bagby), and The Lion (Reid Kelly). At each performance, there will be character boxes of each character where you can put donations or notes for your favorite character or actor. The donations are for the OHMS theater department. Alumni night for previous students in the theater will be on Friday, May 12th. This cast and crew have changed places of practices and performances to be able to put on this performance for you all! OHS's annual Hall of Fame/Senior Recognition banquet was held on Sunday May 7th. Seniors were recognized for their activity participation and the 2023 Hall of Fame Class of Collin Schopp, Jane Richter, T. Ronald Nixon (deceased), David Stine and Connor Stine were inducted.

Congrats to Keagan Uphoff and Cohen Alexander for earning Sangamo Conference titles tonight at Auburn. Keagan was the high jump champion and Cohen won the 100 meter dash.
Other top placers were:
Rylan Peifer, Reygan Sitton, Keagan Uphoff, and Cohen Alexander- 2nd in the 400 meter relay
Easton Nowaskie- 4th place in the high jump
Skylar Biggs- 4th in the discus
Rylan Peifer-4th in the 200
Nolen Yeary- 2nd in the shot put
Keagan Uphoff- 3rd in the 110 hurdles and 2nd in the 300 hurdles
The team placed 5th out of 10. The guys will be back in action on Friday at Clinton.

OHS Soccer took a 1-0 victory @ IVC yesterday.
Sophomore Raquel Birky found the far post of the net with 2:35 remaining in the contest.
Goalkeeper Izzy Forrest picked up her 4th clean sheet this season.

Please join us in honoring our talented, committed Seniors. All four started and played nearly every minute of every Varsity match throughout their career. They also doubled the size of the program over the past two seasons, and we wish them the absolute best in their futures endeavors. We will also honor our exchange student from Spain and continue to appreciate the unique connection to international football culture offered by the exchange program.
