OSF HealthCare is proud to partner with the OHMS athletic department, starting with the 2021-2022 school year. OSF will provide athletic training services for all afterschool athletic activities. Josh Blaum will resume his role as the head athletic trainer with some help from Ryan Darko. Ryan has been the head athletic trainer for Pontiac Township High School for the last five years and is the sports outreach coordinator for OSF HealthCare in the Pontiac service area. We’re excited for this new opportunity and look forward to building strong community relationships. Day-to-day life in athletics shouldn’t look too different going forward, but we anticipate some new care options and treatments for athletes in the near future.
